You’ll: Respond to customer inquiries about orders, pricing, and stock availability. Process quotes and orders, including custom manufacturing and delivery coordination. Manage inventory, stock transfers, and logistics. Handle returns, credits, and damage claims. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care. Qualifications 🧩 What You’ll Bring Strong data entry skills and attention to detail. Experience in customer service, sales, or logistics. A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help others. Industry certifications or memberships are a bonus!
