Job Description Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively following up on orders, maintaining clear and assertive communication, and complying with applicable regulatory standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree completed. A degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or a related field is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
