Responsibilities Develop and deliver training programs focused on customer service principles, communication techniques, and company guidelines. Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and continuing education for existing staff. Monitor performance, identify areas of improvement, and provide clear, actionable feedback. Create training materials, manuals, and scripts aligned with company expectations. Ensure team members understand and meet quality standards across all customer interactions. Collaborate with management to enhance training strategies and maintain consistency across departments. Qualifications Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
