Job Description Job Description Bela Brand Bat is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that equip our customer service representatives with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to provide an exceptional client experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for coaching others to succeed. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive customer service training programs. Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees and ongoing training for current staff. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement. Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and adjust methods as needed. Create training materials, manuals, and role-play exercises to enhance learning. Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and training needs. Ensure company standards and customer service policies are consistently upheld. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in customer service and training roles. Strong presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple training sessions and meet deadlines.
