Responsibilities Lead engaging customer service training sessions for new and existing staff. Develop and refine training materials, scripts, manuals, and performance tools. Evaluate participant progress and provide constructive feedback. Conduct skill-building workshops focusing on communication, problem-solving, and service efficiency. Ensure training standards are met and continuously updated. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain quality and alignment with company goals. Monitor performance metrics and prepare periodic reports. Qualifications Strong communication and presentation abilities. Ability to teach, motivate, and inspire learners.
