  • Two + years of relevant experience. Must be open minded and ready to work as part of a detail-oriented team.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull and move items of 70 pounds and/or more on a regular basis and repetitively lift.
Must be able to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis and for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work in cramped or high places.
Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs

Responsibilities

Coordinates training functions across all accounts and departments at a station.
Ensures that current training curriculum’s and supporting training materials are up to date and the training resources are available to complete all required training.
Ensures that all required record retention is being completed per company guidelines.
Updates and administers the automated training record keeping system(s).
Audits Training records and appropriately resolves any discrepancies.
Assists in determining training needs within the station.
Prepares reports for distribution detailing activity and/or training areas that require improvement or correction.
Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
