Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Auckland team. The successful applicant will need to be able to communicate well both verbally and in writing to a wide variety of people, have empathy for others, not be afraid to roll their sleeves up and “muck in” and possess the ability to provide our customers with the level of service expected within our industry.
To achieve the growth and service goals of USL Medical we must consistently provide an extraordinary level of customer service throughout the organisation. This makes the Customer Services role pivotal to the success of the company.
This position will be busy, varied and demanding, it requires accuracy, the ability to communicate with warmth and understanding, have time management skills, placing orders, and managing public enquiries over many channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Be highly organised with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and proactive communication.
  • Champion solution-based techniques to take ownership of customer enquiries/issues.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction in line with business goals.
  • Process customer order/changes/returns according to established policies and procedures
