We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Representative who loves connecting with people and has a passion for delivering memorable experiences. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes customers, shares our ever-changing lineup of inventive flavors, and helps make every visit as fun and unique as our Doughnuts.

About You

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, take orders accurately, handle payments.
  • Product Presentation: Display doughnuts attractively, explain daily flavors and specials—including catering offerings.
  • Order Management: Coordinate custom or large orders, assist with catering inquiries (donut walls, cakes, gender-reveal, etc.).
  • Support and Cleanliness: Keep the front counter clean and well-stocked; support bakery staff during busy periods.
  • Brand Ambassador: Embody Vandal’s creative and rebellious brand — enthusiastic, welcoming, and professional.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer-facing, food-service, or retail roles is a plus.
  • Comfortable using cash register or POS systems.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and potentially evening shifts.
