Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Offer product advice and help customers choose the right vaping products
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
  • Support with restocking
  • Cover VapeHQ Inkersall, Bramley, Mansfield

YOUR ROLE AT VAPE HQ:

  • Full-Time Flexibility: Our stores operate Mon-Sat 9am -6pm and Sun 10am-4pm, and your adaptable schedule will include covering shifts across our Inkersall, Bramley and Mansfield sites.
  • Team Player and Lone Worker: You will primarily be working independently in our stores. However, full training will be provided alongside an experienced team members, and you may be scheduled with another colleague for certain shifts where needed.
