In this role, you will be providing exceptional customer support while also assisting with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat Assist customers with their account-related questions, issues, and order processing Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, appointment scheduling, and maintaining accurate records Document and track customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues as necessary Collaborate with team members to refine customer service processes and enhance overall client experience Help with social media management and content updates when required Provide feedback on customer service strategies and suggest improvements Proven experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or a similar role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote setting Familiarity with CRM systems and various digital communication tools Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus Work From Home Performance Bonus
