WAREHOUSE & STOCK HANDLING

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch orders quickly and accurately
  • Lift, carry, and move heavy items regularly — physical fitness is essential
  • Check incoming deliveries and manage restocking

We are a female-led, fast-paced and growing business looking for a highly capable and motivated individual to take on a multi-functional role within our team. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, proactive, physically fit, and has excellent mental agility and memory.
With over 4,000 unique products in our range, the role requires someone who is quick-thinking, a strong problem-solver, and able to retain detailed product knowledge. You will work across customer service, warehouse operations, and shop floor assistance, making this role both challenging and highly rewarding for the right candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Handle in-person, phone, and email queries with professionalism and empathy
  • Process customer orders, returns, and complaints efficiently
  • Use internal systems to manage customer communications and order details
  • Provide holiday cover and additional support during busy periods
