In this role, you will bridge the gap between our warehouse operations and customer relations, ensuring that our clients receive timely assistance and that our warehouse runs smoothly. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and services, ensuring a positive customer experience. Coordinate with warehouse staff to prepare and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Help maintain inventory levels and assist in stock management activities, including receiving and organizing goods. Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Ensure the warehouse is organized and that products are stored safely and conveniently. Proactively communicate with customers about their orders, providing updates and following up as needed. Previous experience in customer service or warehouse support is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management. Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high level of service.
