JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. A strong ability to engage with customers over the phone and through various channels is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates (especially Spanish) are highly desirable.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
