Customer Service Yard Sales
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a friendly manner you will be helping customers with our yard fuels and with enquires both over the phone and in person using our inhouse computer system and delivering great service to customers. During peak period you will be answering the calls promptly and recording any sales via our digital channels into our CRM.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
• An upbeat friendly approach when speaking to customers is essential
• Passionate about customer service with the ability to ensure all customer interaction is positive and productive
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Effective listening skills to understand customer needs
• Excellent communication skills on all platforms
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• PC literate

• Greet and assist customers in the yard and at the sales counter.
• Accurately process fuel and product sales with relevant pricing information.
• Provide product information and recommend appropriate items based on customer needs.
• Report any safety hazards, spills, or equipment issues immediately.
