CUSTOMER SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR C£25,000 SALE

A global service provider have an exciting new role within their customer service team. Committed to making the environment greener, this is the ideal role for someone passionate about customer care and administration.

  • You will be leading our customer experience from the front facilitating customer requests, support and general enquiries from order booking to invoicing.
  • The role provides an end-to-end experience for our customers, and you will champion this experience through knowledge, dedication and passion
  • As part of the role, you will also deal directly with contractors and 3rd party service providers. All of your customer and contractor interactions will be done through phone and email and you will be fully trained on our in-house bespoke systems and processes.
