JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a hard working and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our client’s successful team based in Blackpool. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong background in providing exceptional customer service. This role involves managing customer inquiries, processing return requests, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This is an ongoing temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Hours of work are 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday.
