Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hour per week, between 8am - 6pm on a rota basis (Monday-Friday)
Workstyle: Roaming involving a mix of home working and office

As a Customer Services Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers - handling inbound calls and digital queries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a contact centre or similar high-volume customer service role is beneficial
  • A positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay clam and focused under pressure
  • A commitment to building a long-term career in customer service.
