Our client, one of the leading internet providers in the south-west region are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Customer Service Assistants to assist with the day-to-day operations of the business.
An ability to manage customer questions and enquiries in a polite, professional, and empathetic manor is crucial. You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of support currently provided, whilst also supporting the wider organisation and it’s departmental requirements.

• Monday to Friday – No weekends
• Immediate Start
• with the potential of extensions
• 9am – 5pm
• Monday - Friday ( 30 hrs per week)
• £12.21 an hour
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Accrue Holiday pay
