Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone,email,online chat and social media
  • Assist customers in placing new orders,tracking existing ones and managing returns and refunds
  • Share your expertise on our products offering substitution and complementary recommendations to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with various departments in the Commerce division to provide accurate and timely information.
  • Help improve our customer support systems by contributing to the development of our Support Knowledge Base,scripts,and other documentation.
