Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven, confident, and self-motivated individual to join our Aftercare Excellence team as a Customer Services Advisor.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a specific area of the business and providing exceptional post-sales support to both customers and vendors. Your focus will be on delivering excellent service, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Processing product returns, ensuring all relevant documentation is completed accurately.
  • Liaising with couriers and logistics partners, both internal and external, including those used by our vendors.
  • Communicating with internal colleagues to ensure timely and co-ordinated support for customer needs.
  • Investigating and resolving customer queries via email and telephone, delivering excellent service at every interaction.
  • Working independently within your assigned business area while also providing support to the wider Aftercare Excellence team.
  • Collaborating with vendors and manufacturers to ensure their specific procedures are followed for returns and related enquiries.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • An excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively with all customers, including handling challenging conversations with confidence and professionalism.
  • A genuine drive to learn about our vendors, products, systems, and the wider business.
  • Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous customer service experience within a large or fast-paced business environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to find solutions.
