Customer Service Advisor Wolverhampton | Administration | Fixed term | Part Time 15 hours per week - Maternity Cover Salary of £12.84 per hour Our Customer Service Department currently have an opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator . The Nuffield Health Wolverhampton Hospital is set in six acres of beautiful wooded grounds and is a modern, well-equipped hospital. Our team of compassionate nursing staff provide individual care 24 hours a day, making sure your hospital stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The opportunity As our Customer Service Administrator you will often be the first point of patient contact and will provide an excellent customer service experience to all visitors that call or come to the hospital for advice, ensuring you build strong relationships with internal and external customers, giving timely and correct advice when requested. The Role · Handle telephone and website enquiries · Provide the customer with timely and appropriate advice regarding our consultant specialities, services and pricing options · Provide an efficient, friendly service, which involves customer and consultant contact both on the telephone and face to face · Make straightforward appointment bookings and amendments · Provide the customer with Self Pay quotations The person To succeed as a Customer Service Administrator, you will need: · Experience of working in a sales/customer services role · Be able to demonstrate strong customer service skills gained within a customer service environment · Professional, self motivated and enthusiastic with excellent organisational skills · Proactive to convert enquiries using a CRM Salesforce system to track and measure enquiries · Be used to working across teams and with colleagues at all levels of the organisation. Responsibilities
