Location: Lancing, West Sussex (Hybrid: 2–3 days on-site)
Salary: £25,685 per annum, Band C, Level 3

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for someone who can deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service every time. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll help deliver top-class support to our customers. You’ll respond to enquiries, process returns, and assist with personalised orders.

AS OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR, THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat, and social media.
  • Support wholesale, retail, and international customers.
  • Handle complaints and customer reviews professionally.
  • Assist with returns, order processing, and personalised orders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless service
