ABOUT THE ROLE
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
The role of Customer Services Assistant is far from ordinary. You’ll be part of our Operations team, the heart of our buildings, to provide exceptional experiences for our clients and their visitors.
Your day will be a varied mix of operational and front-of-house tasks. Every day holds something different in store. One day you might be setting up a meeting room for 40 people and preparing catering, and the next you might be conducting fire alarm tests or solving IT issues. This is a very varied and hands-on role where no two days are alike.
You might find yourself working across different buildings—we have 26 of those in our portfolio, so there is plenty of flexibility and ample opportunity to learn and develop new skills along the way.
