Holistx is hiring for a key client who is looking to bring on a proactive and organised Customer Services Assistant to join their busy and collaborative operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to support a well-established business in delivering a high standard of customer service to both national and international customers.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in a customer service or administrative role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicating clearly both verbally and in writing
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working to tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Able to work methodically, prioritising workload effectively
  • Perfect for school or uni leaver with 1-2 years experience

Experience within distribution or fast-paced operational environments would be beneficial but is not essential.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

In this role, you will provide administrative and customer service support across multiple accounts. You’ll work closely with internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure orders are processed efficiently and queries are resolved promptly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing professional administrative support to the wider operations team
  • Processing orders and returns accurately for various customer accounts
  • Assisting with courier bookings and monitoring deliveries to ensure timely shipments
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and complete order processing tasks
  • Compiling data and preparing reports for the management team to support operational planning
  • Handling inbound customer calls, taking messages, and responding to general queries
  • Maintaining clear and organised records of all departmental queries
  • Communicating regularly with warehouse teams and visiting the warehouse at least annually to maintain operational understanding
  • Providing support across customer services during annual leave or sickness cover
