As part of our Customer Service Team, you’ll ensure GP surgeries and Health Centres across the UK get the supplies they need—on time, every time. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, web, and live chat
  • Process orders received via telephone, web, email, and fax
  • Manage the sales inbox and handle returns
  • Respond to sales enquiries and pass them to Area Sales Coordinators
  • Resolve customer complaints and problems with care and efficiency
  • Use a variety of computer systems (including bespoke packages)
  • Complete general administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, etc.) as needed

Requirements

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in any sector
  • Outstanding listening and communication skills
  • Willingness to go the extra mile for customers
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confident keyboard and numeracy skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure
  • IT literate (full training provided)
  • Office-based customer service experience is not essential—full training will be given

  • Full-time, 12-month maternity cover (mid-September 2025 to September 2026)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm or 8:45am–6:15pm (rota basis)
