We are seeking to recruit a part time Customer Service Assistant for Dover Court halls of residence reception team.
Hours of work are 25 per week over a 3-week rotation Monday to Sunday covering shifts from 8am to 2pm, 2pm to 8pm and 9am to 5pm.
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to working at reception handling a wide variety of enquiries, distribution of mail and parcels, carrying out health and safety checks, reporting repairs and generally responding to operational issues as required, room & kitchen inspections, open day tours and occasionally assistant the domestic team during conferencing and quick turnover periods.
You should have personable manner and excellent communication skills, and demonstrate excellent team ethics.
You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook. Relevant experience in a customer service/hospitality environment is essential.
A uniform will be provided.
