HE ANGITŪTANGA | THE OPPORTUNITY Reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager, your main responsibility will be to act as the central point of contact between our customers, warehouse and transport operations, ensuring accurate information, timely reporting and effective issue resolution. NGĀ KAWENGA | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service and operational support through the following key activities: * Act as the first point of contact for warehouse and transport customers * Investigate and resolve customer queries via phone and email * Prepare and distribute DIFOT and customer performance reports * Follow up and manage outstanding issues using Smartsheet * Support continuous improvement through process documentation and root cause analysis Ō PŪKENGA | ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will bring strong customer service capability, sound administration skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment: * Proven customer service and communication skills * Previous administration experience with strong attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel * Ability to plan, organise and meet deadlines * A proactive, solutions-focused approach ME PĒHEA TE TONO | APPLY NOW If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and contribute to a team that makes a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
