In 2017, the business was acquired by the Instarmac group plc, a privately owned manufacturing business, who are an award winning Times top 100 business who supply products to the Highway maintenance, Tiling, Commercial flooring and External hard landscaping markets to most continents across the world.

Responsibilities

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:

  • Approving orders for accounts which are over original credit limit set.
  • Supporting Finance on the control of credit limits and chasing late payments
  • Managing both the Key Account Directors & Account Managers diaries, ensuring they are meeting customers as defined and on a regular basis.
  • Issuing of credit notes as required
  • Charing daily meetings with purchasing, technical, transport quality and production on customer order progression.
  • General office administration as required
