As a Customer Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations from our office in Ipswich. Your role will be crucial in building strong customer relationships and ensuring our services run seamlessly. You are someone who can think on your feet, solve problems quickly, and always deliver top-tier service to our customers. In addition to being a great communicator and collaborator, you’ll also need: * Some knowledge or experience in the logistics sector (preferred but not required). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. * Basic knowledge of European customs procedures (preferred but not required).
