Tidyco is a multi-divisional engineering company based in Derby, since 1973, and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Services Coordinator to provide outstanding levels of service and help maximise the sales potential of all new and prospective customers. This is a full time, permanent, position, working 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday).

SKILLS / REQUIREMENT:

  • Good IT skills.
  • Previous experience within a customer facing or customer services role.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Experience coordinating or managing customer interactions across various communication channels (phone, email, live chat, etc.).
  • To be able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting directly in to the Climate Control Divisional Director, your main duties will include;

  • The handling of incoming telephone, internet and email enquiries and orders.
  • The processing of orders onto the internal CRM system accurately as per SLA’s.
  • Provide proactive administration support of the sales database and Sage 1000
  • Process and generation of export documentation.
  • Purchase order chase and housekeeping of CRM system.
  • Any other tasks to support internal sales and Site services.
  • Provide escalation where required for customer complaints, order delays and any other issues.
  • Chasing of suppliers to ensure orders are manufactured and delivered to customers on time.
