Avia Technique is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Account Executive to join our busy UK Customer Service team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment within the aviation industry.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Customer Service Account Executive, you’ll be the key point of contact for our valued aviation clients. You’ll manage customer queries, process quotes and approvals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and respond to customer queries via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Act as the main contact for up to 6 key customer accounts.
  • Raise and send quotes in line with our turnaround target.
  • Process quote approvals accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise with logistics, workshops, and other departments to provide real-time updates.
  • Prepare weekly status reports for top customers and conduct regular update calls.
  • Support general office and administrative tasks as needed.
