We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Services Executive to join our growing team. This role blends client relationship management with hands-on project co-ordination - ideal for someone who enjoys both on-site and office environments, ownership and seeing a project through from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint;
  • Be the first point of contact for clients - handling enquiries, taking briefs (in person, on-site, over the phone, or by email) and building strong working relationships;
  • Conduct site surveys - these site surveys could involve meeting clients on-site, in any county, therefore travel and early starts are probable, taking accurate measurements, notes and photos to support quoting and proofing;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build accurate quotations, ensuring client requests are feasible, safe and profitable;
  • Help co-ordinate jobs from briefing to completion: liaising between clients, design, production, and installation teams;
  • Visit installation sites nationwide to oversee final delivery and ensure high standards are met;
  • Monitor each job’s progress and profitability - flagging issues early and contributing to post-project reviews;
  • Ensure accurate, timely handover of information for invoicing and job completion;
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or recommend services that meet client needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Previous experience in a customer service, account management, or client-facing role;
  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities;
  • A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving;
  • Comfortable working both in-office and on-site.

We offer a salary of £38k plus a vehicle allowance, a modern factory in rural Oxfordshire and plentiful free parking.
