JOB SUMMARY:

You will be a passionate and enthusiastic member of the team. Your positive, can-do attitude will deliver excellence throughout the business.
Your commitment to, and confidence in, delivering customer focused solutions will be instrumental in RECONOMY CONNECT being the best.
You will work in the Customer Services department servicing our managed and SME customers on the telephone and via email. You will gain and expand your knowledge of our customers and offer bespoke solutions to meet their waste requirements.
You will use effective questioning, accurately recording the process, to provide an outstanding customer experience. You will deliver against your personal targets to contribute to the overall success of the team.
