Summary
For the “Services & Supportability Development” department in the Customer Service division, we are looking for a “Developer (f/m/d) for Digitalization in Customer Service” at the Ulm location as soon as possible.
The “Services & Supportability Development” department performs a wide variety of functions and tasks that are provided cross-sectionally for the entire Customer Service organization. The associated Services Development team supports Customer Service management in implementing the service strategy and the entire Customer Service organization in meeting overarching and common challenges. To this end, solutions are developed and innovations and improvements are driven forward in all areas of responsibility.
