Job Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for delivering quality customer services including but not limited to handling daily operation of CS center, handling enquiries / complaints / feedback of customers, etc.   Job Requirements: * Diploma or above in relevant disciplines * 3 years working experience in life insurance with solid customer relationship management experience * CS center working experience is an advantage * Excellent customer-service mindset with effective interpersonal and communication skill * Able to work independently and willing to work overtime * Positive, attentive to details and good organizing skills * Conversant with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing * Proficient in spoken & written English and Chinese   We offer 5-day work week, attractive remuneration package and excellent training & development opportunities.
