WHAT WE NEED

A highly motivated Customer Services Officer to join our friendly team!
This position is Full Time.

As the Customer Services Officer you will have the opportunity to:

• First point of contact to our wonderful residents and visitors entering the facility
• Front Office reception duties including answer phone calls and queries
• Data Entry and record keeping
• Administration tasks using the Microsoft Office Suite
• Mail handling and distribution
• Gain and apply knowledge in the processes of our business in order to best support our customers both internally and externally
• Other administrative duties to support the Regional Operations Manager and Management Team.

• Experience in a customer service environment (desirable)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
