Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

This role is working in our Toowoomba Steel Division for a motivated all-rounder supporting the Sales, Service and Administration team. There will be a strong focus on client service, administration and delivery allocation tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Full Time - Monday to Friday
  • Overseeing reception, including but not limited to managing all incoming phone calls, visitors to the store and coordinating customer enquiries
  • Coordinate delivery truck allocations and confirmations
  • Managing the creation of purchases orders as well as reconciliation of monthly invoices onsite
  • Creating and maintaining customer and sales documents and reports
  • Collaborating closely with our team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
  • General office administration
