Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Customer Services Representative at TigerPak you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support, consistently delivering fast, accurate, and on-time solutions to their needs. Whether your handling enquiries, resolving complaints, or processing orders, you will uphold our ‘Extreme Customer Service’ guarantee at all times.

THE ROLE

  • Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone & email.
  • Provide accurate product information and assistance with placing orders.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner through a ticket system.
  • Working with other departments in the business to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required.

To succeed in this role you will have:
