Description

The Customer Support Specialist I provide a vital link between mdxhealth customers, sales team and the commercial operations group. The Customer Support Specialist I is responsible for maintaining a high standard of service with their respective customers group, which is comprised of both assigned accounts and sales personnel. This role works closely with an assigned regional sales team to support customer activities and sales objectives. * Position is onsite in Irvine, CA or remote if not in commuting distance to Irvine, CA. The shift is Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm (Eastern Time) * 4+ years’ customer service or related experience. 3+ years customer service experience in healthcare or a clinical reference laboratory, preferred. * 2+ years related sales support experience. 3+ years fo related sales support experience is preferred. * In-depth understanding of clinical data and ability to coney sales and marketing messages. * High level of accuracy and attention to detail. with a thorough knowledge of customer service practices and sales principles. * Ability to adapt to changing procedures, policies and work environment. * Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. * Hiring salary range: $26.36- $34.00. The actual rate will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
