JOB SUMMARY
This position provides administrative support to MSRS staff in a hybrid work environment, serving employees both on-site and remotely. The role functions as the primary receptionist for the MSRS St. Paul office, managing individual participant appointment requests for the St. Paul and field offices. In addition, this position is responsible for preparing outbound mail, assisting with mailing projects, and delivering administrative support to multiple Retirement Services teams and staff.
