Are you passionate about helping others and creating positive experiences? Mancan Staffing is hiring a Customer Support Specialist for a respected manufacturing company in Donora, PA. This full-time temp-to-perm opportunity pays $20/hour, with work hours of either 7:30am–4:00pm or 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
We’re looking for a friendly, solution-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. In this role, you’ll serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams—resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring each interaction is handled with accuracy and care.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
• Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and account information
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
• Stay current with company products, policies, and procedures
• Perform general administrative tasks, including file management and data entry
• Assist with invoice preparation, account monitoring, and accounts receivable follow-up
