WORK LOCATION: Howell Branch - 806 Lyons Blvd, Fredericksburg, VA 22406 STARTING SALARY: Hiring starts at $45,053 with excellent benefits, including affordable health premiums and VRS retirement for a total compensation package worth approximately $65,140 per year. The starting PTO amount is 4 weeks plus approximately 1 week of PTO earned for holidays. TOTAL WORK HOURS: 40 hours/week. Approximately half of position hours are on desk, including one night per week plus one Saturday per month. Brief time on holidays or special closings to empty the book drop on a rotational basis.  GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Secondary leadership position for customer services within the branch. DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: Work closely with Department Head and staff to ensure exceptional customer service to all ages.  Resumes are required for this position.
