Company Summary:
Crofters’ foods are a family run business in our 20th year of trading. The company supplies Locally Branded Chilled/Ambient/Licenced Products across Yorkshire & Northeast England serviced from our HQ in Thirsk. We have a wide range of customers across a number of sectors including Farm Shops, Visitor Centres, Tea Rooms, independent retailers, major retailers, hospitality venues and Caterers. Our turnover is circa £3m which places us in the Small to Medium business sector.
We are looking to expand the team with the addition of a Senior Customer Services Manager to strengthen our customer services team.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for somebody who has had a minimum of two years’ experience in similar customer service role, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. A good understanding of supply chain is also essential. It would be advantageous but not essential to have a background in a Food and Beverage company. You will need to be proficient in the following areas.
· Microsoft Excel, Word, & preferably Power Point.
· Sage or similar management systems including EDI or SAP (Full training will be given)
· Full Driving Licence is desirable.
