Playing a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service, your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting incoming customer and colleague enquiries both over the phone and in-person.
- Taking a proactive approach to customer care by pre-empting customer feed order needs and contacting customers within your assigned territory.
- Processing feed orders in a timely and accurate manner using internal systems.
- Communicating with our Logistics team to assist with delivery prioritisation and routing.
- Liaising with key personnel to resolve feed order and pricing queries efficiently.
- Carrying out general administrative duties to support the wider team.
- Providing ongoing support to the Customer Services and Weighbridge Operating team as required
