About the Role We are seeking a Data Analyst who can transform operational data into actionable insights. This role is critical in helping us understand what’s working, what’s not, and how we can improve. You will partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and track the impact of initiatives. What You’ll Do Analyze internal operations metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, cycle time, backlog, cost-to-serve) to identify trends and root causes. Translate business questions into clear analytical plans and actionable recommendations. Design and build dashboards in Power BI to enable decision-making and track KPIs. Partner with stakeholders to secure buy-in for improvement initiatives and monitor their success. Maintain data quality and ensure consistent metric definitions across the organization. What We’re Looking For Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Power BI (or similar tools), and advanced Excel. Demonstrated experience in building dashboards that drive action, not just reporting. A passion for leveraging data to drive continuous improvement and solve complex problems. Ability to move beyond reporting: diagnose issues, quantify impact, and recommend solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to tell a compelling story with data. Nice-to-Have Knowledge of programming languages such as (Python, R) and ERP/BI systems for data wrangling and statistical analysis. Familiarity with manufacturing or customer operations processes.
