Job Description Responsibilities: Support Human Resources Services for all HR products Consult customers through various interaction channels Process electronic requests via email, chat, and internal ticketing systems Register, classify, and finalize customer orders in the order management system Maintain close cooperation with team leaders and back office departments Address process difficulties to HIS Specialists or Process Manager Maintain and update process documentation in the knowledge management system Provide training and support to new joiners and junior colleagues Track and escalate service quality issues following established procedures Answer inquiries from employees, managers, and candidates using available tools Suggest improvements for processes, procedures, and technologies Perform additional tasks as assigned by the hierarchical superior Additional Information Please Note: Fraudulent job postings/job scams are increasingly common.
