About this opportunity: We are now seeking a Technical Customer Solution Manager specialized in mobile telecommunications 5G/4G Radio Access Network SW; to provide expertise in existing and future RAN SW offerings. This includes SW for distributed nodes (purposed built BBU and Cloud RAN), as well as centralized network management nodes (rApps). In this role, you will be addressing customer requirements and aligning them with Ericsson strategic priorities as part of the current SW roadmap process. You will also interact with the Commercial and Delivery organizations as part of the Core 3 team. What you will do: Be part of a major CU Radio SW program with team and based in the Ericsson office in Morristown, NJ Position Ericsson as a technology leader, communicate and discuss Ericsson's technology strategy and vision with customers across HQ and Markets Manage RAN SW customer requirements, ensuring strategic alignment with Ericsson's relevant Product Lines Align customer requirements with Ericsson and ecosystem partners Contribute to knowledge sharing, ensure the customer vision & strategy, including implications on Ericsson's technology and solutions, is communicated to those in need at the Business Unit and Product Development Unit Secure timely delivery of customer's critical features following through the FOA process, implementing short/mid-term strategies for successful project execution As a member of the Core 3 team, provide sales support for specific deals, respond to RFx, propose solutions covering customer requirements, and present to Headquarters and Customers The skills you bring: Experience from Technical Pre-sales, Development, or Service Delivery (Post-sales), more than 7 years Deep RAN SW product portfolio knowledge including LTE, NR FDD, NR TDD, and mmW Be familiar with Ericsson's RAN portfolio, including Radio, Compute HW, Cloud RAN, EIC, and rApps. Good understanding of RAN/mobile network, deployment scenarios, performance, optimization, etc. Deep understanding of SW development process Deep understanding of new SW introduction process with major CSP's, including CI/CD processes Be familiar with RAN interoperability projects (e.g. Device testing, 5G Core, etc) Strong team player working very closely with Sales, Product Management, PDU, Domain and Program Office. Your Pay The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. The salary range for this position is NJ: $148,800- $186,000 Sales Incentive Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for sales incentives as a part of Ericsson's Sales Incentive Plan. Actual payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual incentive target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
