Key Responsibilities Follow up on unsold leads and service opportunities to convert them into booked jobs. Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email to recommend solutions and close sales. Present service options and explain pricing, scope of work, and available financing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM or dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan). Coordinate with dispatch, technicians, and project managers to ensure smooth scheduling. Meet or exceed individual and departmental sales goals. Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally at all times Other job duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or GED (some college or trade experience is a plus). 1–2 years of inside sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred. Strong communication and persuasion skills, both verbal and written. Proficient with CRM or service software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or similar). Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Able to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
