We work with modern farms, growers, and institutions to help them improve productivity, efficiency, and sustainability through technology. Role Overview We are looking for curious, articulate, and customer-focused individuals to join us in a Customer Advisory role. This is not a call-centre job — your role is to understand customer needs and guide them towards the right solution, working closely with our product and operations teams. What You Will Do Speak with inbound and selected outbound prospects to understand their farming or project requirements Ask the right questions to identify problems, constraints, and goals Conduct follow-up video meetings to explain suitable solutions clearly and confidently Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers make informed decisions. Maintain structured records of customer discussions, requirements, and recommendations Coordinate internally to ensure accurate proposals and smooth follow-ups Requirements Who This Role Is For Freshers or early-career professionals Individuals restarting their career or transitioning into a tech / sustainability-oriented role People who enjoy problem-solving, conversations, and structured thinking Key Skills & Traits Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi Ability to listen carefully and explain ideas clearly Comfortable working independently and following up responsibly Organised, detail-oriented, and dependable Willingness to learn about AgriTech, automation, and customer solutions Benefits Internship to Full-Time Opportunity This role begins as a 3-month unpaid internship focused on learning and performance.
