Follow up like a pro: phone, text, email — whatever it takes to reconnect. Make happy calls to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality. Track all activity in ServiceTitan CRM and keep your follow-ups organized Be ready to make 65+ calls per day — we’re not shy about working the phone! What Winning Looks Like: 2–2.5 closed deals per week. $150K in monthly closed sales. All unsold leads contacted within 24 hours. Multiple contact attempts across multiple days and platforms. A growing pipeline and stronger relationships every single day.
